General provision
We only sell to our general conditions that the buyer declares to know and accept.
We deliver exclusively by the terms and conditions stated below. For special arrangements and agreements always require our written confirmation.

Prices
Our prices are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of transport costs.

Cancellation options
Within eight days of order there is a possibility to cancel or change the order.

Delivery
The delivery time is one week and commences on the date the order confirmation is sent by us. Postponement of delivery shall in no event be entitled to compensation or cancellation of the contract.

 

Shipment
The shipping is at the risk and expense of the purchaser.

Dilivery costs
Transport costs must be asked if we have to deliver your product to your home or company. Here is a list of the charges applicable in each country.

 

Belgium € 10,00

Netherlands € 15,00

Germany € 15,00

France € 15,00

Other EU-countries € 25,00

Non EU-countries € 35,00

Payment
Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
When violating the payment date, a late payment fee of 7% will be charged, with a minimum of 15 euros. If you continue negligent, claims will be done through legal ways. The costs of this are borne by the buyer.

Agreement
These general conditions apply to all deliveries and sales of AVIVA. By ordering you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions of AVIVA.
