Jaume Serra Gold

Jaume Serra is a Cava brut made from these 3 local grapes. This Cava Brut has a straw yellow colour, light, clean, with light green hues. Its Pearl is very lovely fine and balanced. Good aromatic intensity, soft fruity. Good structure in the mouth, tasty lively acidity. Retro nasal sensations are pure and fresh.
